Biography:

Mr. DeSantis’ practice focuses on all aspects of insurance defense and coverage litigation. He has extensive experience representing insurance companies and their insureds with regard to insurance coverage opinions, automobile negligence, medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, and intentional torts. Mr. DeSantis also handles business contracts and commercial litigation. In addition, Mr.DeSantis also represents individuals in matters involving wrongful death actions and brain injury/serious personal injury litigation. He has tried numerous jury trials involving negligence and intentional torts at the trial level and he has litigated numerous appeals.
Mr. DeSantis’ practice is approximately fifty percent in Maryland and fifty percent in the District of Columbia.
