Biography:
Mr. MacDonald’s practice focuses on all aspects of insurance defense litigation and general negligence. He has extensive experience representing insurance companies and their insureds with regard to asbestos defense litigation, premises liability, products liability, medical device litigation, toxic tort litigation, personal injury litigation, construction litigation, and insurance coverage disputes. In addition, Mr. MacDonald defends individuals who have been charged with alleged unlawful activities. His practice encompasses jury trials and bench trials at the various trial levels in the state and federal courts, appeals to the state and federal courts of appeal, binding and non-binding arbitrations, and mediations.
Mr. MacDonald’s practice is approximately forty-five percent in Maryland, forty-five percent in Virginia, and ten percent in the District of Columbia.
He resides in Severna Park, Maryland.
