Biography: Ms. Schofield's practice focuses primarily on products liability litigation. She has experience representing insurance companies and their insureds in toxic tort, medical device, and other personal injury litigation. Her practice encompasses litigation at the district and circuit court levels of the state courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia. Ms. Schofield has been actively practicing insurance defense litigation since 2004. Before joining the firm, she served a one-year term as a law clerk for the judges of the District Court of Maryland for Baltimore County. She resides in Washington, D.C.
