Mr. Souther’s practice focuses on all aspects of insurance defense litigation and general negligence. He has experience representing insurance companies and their insureds with regard to automobile negligence, property damage claims, intentional torts, premises liability, and first-party insurance claims. In addition, Mr. Souther represents individuals in matters involving personal injury litigation, criminal defense and general civil litigation. His practice encompasses jury and bench trials at the various trial levels in the state courts of Virginia and the District of Columbia, appeals to the state courts of appeal, binding and non-binding arbitrations, and mediations.
